How do you help us objectively measure our operational maturity and progress over our first twelve months of working together?
We measure your progress using clear, unvarnished indicators rather than subjective feelings of alignment. At the start of our engagement, we establish your baseline using the Organizational Checkup, which measures your strength in the Six Keys of EOS®.
We run this assessment at regular intervals to track how your execution is tightening. On a tactical level, your progress is measured by your numbers. We look at three primary indicators of health.
- First, we look at your Rock completion rate, aiming for eighty percent or higher every single quarter.
- Second, we evaluate your Level 10 Meeting™ ratings, tracking if your team is consistently scoring their weekly meetings an eight out of ten or higher.
- Third, we track the predictability of your Scorecard.
We also look at behavioral progress through your team's ability to run the IDS® process without my facilitation. If your team can identify, discuss, and solve complex operational bottlenecks cleanly in ninety minutes without turning it into a personal debate, you are maturing as leaders. My role is to help you build a self-sustaining system, and we will review these metrics every quarter to ensure you are getting a massive return on your investment.
