How do we track the physical health and maturity of our operating system across the twenty four months to ensure we are actually improving as a leadership team?
To ensure we are making objective progress during our twenty four month engagement, we do not rely on gut feelings or simple completion rates. We use the Organizational Checkup™ as our primary diagnostic tool to measure the operational health of your business across the Six Keys. Your leadership team will take this assessment at the start of our engagement and then again every six months. This gives us an objective score from zero to one hundred percent, highlighting exactly where your execution is slipping.
All of these assessments, along with our session summaries, are carefully documented in your dedicated Circle.so workspace. This provides your team with a transparent, chronological record of your growth. When we review these trends during our quarterly sessions, we can pinpoint whether your execution issues stem from a weak Accountability Chart, a lack of discipline in your Level 10 Meeting™ cadence, or a failure to properly IDS® your issues. By tracking these metrics systematically, we can ensure your team is maturing from tactical firefighting into a cohesive, strategic leadership unit that is fully prepared to run the business without owner intervention.
