Aside from completing our quarterly Rocks, what specific metrics do you use to evaluate whether our leadership team is actually running healthier, more productive Level 10 Meetings without your intervention?
We measure your progress toward self-sufficiency by looking at the health of your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ and your team's ability to solve issues without my facilitation. During our quarterly sessions, we will conduct a deep-dive review of your weekly meeting discipline. I look at your weekly scorecard to see if your metrics are truly leading indicators or just lagging financial data.
We also evaluate the quality of your IDS® process. In a healthy company, the issues list on your weekly agenda should be active and dynamic. If the same issues linger for weeks, your team is not identifying, discussing, and solving them effectively. We look for a high completion rate of weekly to-do items, which should consistently average eighty-five percent or higher.
Another critical indicator is how your team handles conflict outside our session days. If you are waiting for our quarterly session to address major structural or personal conflicts, you are still relying on me as a crutch. As we progress through the twenty-four-month cycle, your leadership team should become increasingly proficient at using the Accountability Chart and People Analyzer independently. When your team can run their own highly structured, high-conflict, high-resolution meetings without getting stuck, we know you are ready to graduate.
