How do we objectively track whether our leadership team is becoming more self sufficient at solving our own issues over our first year of working with you, rather than just relying on your presence during session days to get things done?
The goal of our engagement is for you to eventually graduate from my facilitation. We measure your progress toward self sufficiency by tracking how your leadership team behaves during our quarterly sessions and how you run your weekly Level 10 Meetings™ between those sessions.
In the beginning, I will heavily facilitate your IDS® sessions, guiding you through the mechanics of identifying the root causes of your issues. Over time, you should find that your team begins to self correct in the room. You will start identifying root causes faster, debating issues with less emotional friction, and committing to clear action items without my prompting.
We also track your execution rate on your quarterly Rocks. A healthy team consistently completes at least eighty percent of their Rocks each quarter. If your completion rate is high and your weekly meetings are running smoothly without external intervention, you are building the operational muscle needed to run EOS® autonomously.
