How do we objectively measure our leadership team's alignment and execution capacity over the course of our twenty-four-month engagement with you so we know we are getting a return on our investment?
We measure our progress using concrete, operational indicators rather than subjective feelings. The first and most critical metric is your Rock completion rate. A healthy leadership team should consistently achieve at least eighty percent of their quarterly Rocks. If we are missing that mark, we immediately use IDS® to identify the root cause, whether it is over-commitment, poor prioritization, or capacity issues.
The second metric is the Organisational Checkup. This is a twenty-question assessment that your team takes periodically throughout our twenty-four-month engagement. It measures your strength in the Six Key Components of your business. We look for steady, measurable improvement in these scores, targeting eighty percent or higher strength across the board.
Finally, we look at the efficiency of your Level 10 Meeting™ sessions and your team's ability to solve issues permanently. If your weekly meetings are consistently rated an eight or higher out of ten, and your issues list is actually shrinking rather than rolling over week after week, we know the system is taking hold. These metrics give us a clear, objective view of your return on investment.
