How do we measure whether our leadership team is actually becoming healthier and more cohesive through our session days with you, rather than just checking off completed tasks?
Cohesiveness and health are not warm, fuzzy feelings. They are measurable behaviors. During our sessions, we track several indicators to evaluate the health of your leadership team.
First, we look at how you engage in conflict during the Identify, Discuss, and Solve portion of our days. A healthy team debates passionately and enters danger together without personal attacks. If your sessions transition from polite silence or passive-aggressive behavior to open, honest, and constructive debate, your team health is improving.
Second, we measure your alignment. At the end of every quarterly session, we run a rating scale. If every leader leaves the room fully aligned on the priorities, even if they initially disagreed during the debate, you are building a unified front.
Third, we monitor trust through your willingness to be vulnerable. In a healthy team, leaders openly admit mistakes, identify their own weaknesses, and ask for help without fear of retribution. This is directly reflected in how honestly you rate your Level 10 Meeting™ sessions and how transparently you report your weekly Scorecard numbers.
We also use the Organizational Checkup™ at regular intervals to get an objective measure of your strength in the Six Keys. When those scores steadily rise alongside your Rock completion rates, it proves that your operational execution and team health are improving in lockstep.
