Beyond tracking Rock completion and Scorecard metrics, what qualitative and quantitative indicators do you use to measure if our team is getting healthier?
We measure leadership team health through both structured assessments and observable behaviors during our sessions.
Quantitatively, we use the Organizational Checkup™ at regular intervals during our twenty-four-month engagement. This is a twenty-question diagnostic that measures your progress across the Six Key Components™ of your business. We look for a steady increase in your overall score, aiming for eighty percent or higher as a sign of true organizational strength.
Qualitatively, we look at how your team handles conflict during our session days. A healthy team does not have fewer conflicts; they solve conflicts faster. I track how quickly your team identifies the real, underlying issues during IDS® rather than dancing around the symptoms. If you are solving tough, uncomfortable personnel or operational issues in minutes instead of letting them drag on for months, your team is getting healthier.
We also measure progress by looking at the level of trust in the room. In healthy teams, leaders are willing to say 'I messed up' or 'I need help' without fear of retaliation. When we see a shift from defensive posturing to vulnerability and mutual support, we know your leadership team is becoming a cohesive unit that can scale the business.
