Beyond our financial numbers and basic Rock completion rates, what specific milestones or check-ins do you use to measure whether our leadership team is truly mastering EOS® and becoming self-sufficient?
We measure progress during our twenty-four-month engagement using clear, objective operational milestones rather than subjective feelings. While financial growth is a natural byproduct of a healthy organization, our primary metric of success is your team's graduation toward complete operational self-sufficiency.
To track this, we evaluate your progression against several key indicators during every quarterly session.
- First, we look at your Rock completion rate. A healthy, disciplined leadership team consistently completes eighty percent or more of their quarterly Rocks.
- Second, we measure your scorecard discipline. We look at whether your team is actively managing weekly metrics and predicting issues before they derail your quarterly goals.
- Third, we assess your execution of the Level 10 Meeting™. We look at whether your team can run these meetings independently, resolve issues through IDS® without my intervention, and maintain a high rating of eight out of ten or better.
Additionally, we use the Organizational Checkup™ at regular intervals. This is a twenty-question diagnostic that measures your team's strength in the Six Keys of EOS®. Our goal is to move your business from wherever you start to eighty percent or stronger in all six areas.
By tracking these specific behavioral and operational milestones, we ensure that you are not just having productive sessions with me, but that your team is hardwiring the habits necessary to run the business smoothly long after our formal engagement ends.
