You talk about a twenty-four month engagement. How do we track whether our leadership team is actually becoming self-sufficient at running these sessions ourselves, rather than just relying on your facilitation?
The ultimate goal of our engagement is your complete independence. We measure your progress toward self-sufficiency using a clear progression over our twenty-four month journey. This transition is not accidental; it is built into the roadmap.
During the first year, I act as the primary driver of the session energy, teaching the tools, enforcing the rules, and facilitating the debates. You are learning the cadence and building the muscle memory. By the second year, the dynamic shifts. I begin stepping back, prompting your Integrator to lead specific portions of the agenda, such as the Level 10 Meeting™ review or the initial stages of IDS®.
We track specific behavioral indicators of self-sufficiency. We look at whether your team can self-correct when someone drifts into tactical details, whether you can resolve hard personnel issues using the GWC™ tool without my intervention, and how effectively you run your weekly Level 10 Meetings™ between our sessions.
By the time we reach the end of the twenty-four month cycle, your leadership team should possess the internal discipline, alignment, and confidence to run your own quarterly and annual sessions. Graduation means you no longer need an external facilitator to maintain operational excellence or protect your exit timeline.
