We just completed our initial focus day and are entering our first ninety days of execution. Without historical data or perfect scorecards, how do we objectively measure whether this first ninety-day cycle is actually succeeding?

To judge if your first ninety days are working, stop looking for perfect financial results or flawless execution. In this initial cycle, success is measured by the adoption of fundamental habits. You must focus on three primary indicators.

First, look at your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ health. Are you meeting every single week at the same time, starting and ending on time, and actually resolving issues? If you are consistently rating these meetings an eight or higher out of ten, you are winning.

Second, track your weekly To-Do completion rate. While a perfect eighty percent completion rate takes time, you should see a steady upward trend away from chaotic firefighting toward structured accountability.

Third, observe the team's relationship with the Scorecard. It does not matter if your numbers are all red initially. What matters is that your leadership team is tracking fifteen to twenty high-level weekly numbers, updating them before the meeting, and identifying patterns without getting defensive.

This ninety-day window is about installing the operating system and building the execution muscle. If your team is showing up, updating their numbers, and calling out issues honestly, your implementation is on track. Do not expect strategic genius yet. Focus on building the habit of operational discipline first.
