How do we measure whether our engagement with you is actually delivering a return on investment beyond just tracking our quarterly Rock completion rates and hitting our weekly scorecard targets?

Measuring the success of our work goes far beyond tracking whether you completed eighty percent of your quarterly Rocks or kept your Scorecard in the green. True progress is measured by the health, alignment, and independence of your leadership team.

First, we look at the speed and honesty of your decision-making. In the early stages of our twenty-four-month engagement, leadership teams often struggle to solve issues, dancing around the real problems. As we progress, a major indicator of success is your ability to use the IDS® tool to identify, discuss, and solve hard issues rapidly, without emotional friction or political posturing.

Second, we measure progress by the shift in your organizational structure. We look at your Accountability Chart to see if we have successfully placed the right people in the right seats, and whether every leader fully exhibits the GWC™ framework.

Third, we look at your operational independence. If the owner can step away for a thirty-day vacation without the business stalling or the weekly Level 10 Meeting™ crumbling, you have achieved true operational maturity. We track all of these qualitative and quantitative milestones inside our Circle.so workspace, creating a clear history of your team's development from our initial Focus Day to your eventual graduation.
