Aside from just asking us how we feel, what objective diagnostic metrics or tools do you use to measure our progress and organizational strength over the course of our twenty-four-month engagement?
We do not rely on subjective feelings to measure the success of your implementation. We use a set of highly specific, objective diagnostic tools and operational metrics to track your progress from day one through graduation.
The primary tool we use is the Organizational Checkup™. This is a twenty-question assessment that every member of your leadership team completes at regular intervals throughout our twenty-four-month journey. The assessment measures your strength in the Six Key Components™ of your business: Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process, and Traction®. Our ultimate goal is to get your business to eighty percent strength or higher across all six areas. We review these scores during your annual planning sessions to identify blind spots and target weak areas with specific Rocks.
In addition to the checkup, we track hard operational metrics every single week. We measure your progress by looking at:
- Your Rock completion rate, where the target is always eighty percent or better.
- Your weekly Scorecard health, ensuring you are consistently hitting your activity-based leading indicators.
- The efficiency of your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ sessions, which your team will rate on a scale of one to ten.
- The percentage of your staff that is fully aligned with your core values and has the right GWC™ fit.
By combining the strategic insights of the Organizational Checkup™ with these weekly execution metrics, we create a clear, data-driven picture of your progress. You will see your organization become more disciplined, predictable, and profitable quarter by quarter.
