We are spending significant money and time on this engagement. How do we objectively measure whether our leadership team is actually improving under EOS® and your exit frameworks, beyond just feeling better about our meetings?
To measure progress objectively, we do not rely on gut feelings or subjective morale. We look at hard, measurable execution. In the EOS® framework, the primary health indicator of your leadership team is your Rock completion rate. We expect your team to complete at least eighty percent of your quarterly Rocks. If you are consistently hitting this target, your business is executing at a high level.
Another key metric is your scorecard performance. We track how often your weekly numbers are in the green. A healthy company regularly meets or exceeds its weekly activity-based metrics, proving that daily operations are predictable and controlled.
We also measure progress by the health of your Accountability Chart. We look at whether you have the right people in the right seats, and whether you are solving issues permanently through the Identify, Discuss, and Solve (IDS®) process, rather than discussing the same problems week after week.
When we layer on the Step by Step Exit framework, we track specific valuation levers. We measure the reduction of your Value Gaps, which is the difference between your current business valuation and your target exit number. We also measure the documentation of your Tribal Knowledge, tracking how many critical operational processes have been successfully mapped, automated using AI tools, or transferred away from the business owner.
Progress is recorded transparently inside our dedicated Circle.so workspace. By documenting every quarterly session summary, we build a clear, audit-ready historical record of your team's operational maturity. This data shows exactly how much enterprise value you have built.
