What concrete operational metrics tell us our EOS® implementation with you is actually succeeding, beyond just subjective feelings of being more aligned or organized?

Subjective feelings of alignment are nice, but they do not pay the bills. We measure the success of our engagement through hard, objective indicators of operational health:

- First, we track your Rock completion rate to ensure your team is consistently hitting eighty percent or more of their quarterly goals. If you are constantly missing your targets, it indicates issues with prioritization, capacity, or team chemistry.
- Second, we look at the predictability of your business performance using weekly Scorecard metrics. A successful implementation means your Scorecard becomes an accurate leading indicator of your financial health.
- Third, we look at employee retention and voluntary turnover. When you use GWC™ and core values to filter your team, your culture self-cleans. High performers stay because expectations are clear, while low performers leave.
- Fourth, we look at your personal calendar. Success means you, as the owner, are progressively moving out of daily tactical firefighting.

If we have been working together for nine months and your day is still consumed by minor customer escalations and basic operations, we have work to do. We should see your open schedule, or white space, increase as your leadership team owns the day-to-day work.
