How do you objectively evaluate whether my leadership team is actually mastering the EOS tools and showing real operational maturity, rather than just going through the motions to please you during our session days?

True progress is measured by behavioral changes outside the session room, not by how polite your team is during our days together. I track leadership maturity through specific, observable indicators.

First, we look at the health of your weekly Level 10 Meeting™. Are you identifying, discussing, and solving the real systemic issues, or are you just talking about surface symptoms? If your issues list is empty or repetitive, your team is avoiding the hard conversations.

Second, we measure your Rock completion rate. A healthy, high-performing team consistently hits eighty percent or more of their Rocks. If your team is constantly missing this mark or using passive language to justify delays, we have an accountability problem.

We also monitor how your team handles conflict using their DiSC profiles. If your team has shifted from artificial harmony to productive, healthy conflict where they challenge ideas without attacking individuals, they are growing. We look for concrete evidence of active experimentation in your daily workflows. When your team begins solving operational problems independently without waiting for your permission, that is when you know the system is truly working.
