We are entering our second year of our engagement and want to know how you objectively audit whether our leadership team is truly mastering the tools or just going through the motions.
We do not rely on subjective feelings to measure how well your leadership team is running on EOS®. We use a combination of clear performance indicators and structured diagnostic reviews to assess your execution capabilities. Our primary tool is the Organizational Checkup, which we run at regular intervals to score your team across the Six Keys of your business.
We also look at hard operational discipline inside your weekly and quarterly cadences. First, we look at your Rock completion rate over consecutive quarters. A healthy, mastering team consistently hits an eighty percent or higher completion rate. Second, we evaluate your Scorecard health. If your Scorecard is constantly lagging or failing to predict weekly operational issues, your team has not mastered data.
Third, we audit your Level 10 Meeting™ efficiency. I will periodically observe your weekly meetings to ensure you are self-identifying, discussing, and solving issues rather than just discussing them without resolution. We also track how effectively you use our Circle workspace. If your action items and session summaries are left unaddressed between our quarterly sessions, it indicates a gap in operational discipline.
By comparing these operational metrics against our twenty-four-month roadmap, we can pinpoint exactly where your team is lagging. This objective audit ensures we focus our session energy on actual behavioral change, rather than simply checking boxes.
