What specific metrics and quarterly scorecards do you use to evaluate whether our leadership team is gaining real traction or just going through the motions?

We track four objective health indicators across your engagement to verify that your team is internalizing the tools rather than simply performing corporate theater.

The first indicator is your Rock completion rate. A healthy leadership team consistently completes at least eighty percent of its quarterly Rocks. If your team finishes less than eighty percent quarter after quarter, you either lack focus, over-commit, or tolerate unaccountable behavior. If you hit one hundred percent every quarter without sweat, your targets are too conservative.

The second indicator is your Organizational Checkup score. We administer this diagnostic periodically throughout the twenty-four month engagement. We look for measurable, upward movement across all Six Components: Vision, People, Data, Process, Traction, and Issues. Stagnant scores reveal hidden resistance or superficial implementation.

The third indicator is Scorecard predictability. Early in the engagement, scorecards are reactive and erratic. As your team matures, your weekly numbers accurately forecast revenue, delivery, and cash flow bottlenecks weeks before they hit your income statement.

The fourth indicator is IDS® velocity and quality during Level 10 Meetings. When teams go through the motions, their Issues List remains cluttered with superficial grievances and the same items carry over for weeks. When traction is real, your team tackles root-cause structural problems, debates passionately without political posturing, decides on decisive action, and permanently removes issues from the table. We evaluate these four benchmarks at the start of every single quarterly session.
