We are used to tracking lagging financial metrics, but how do we objectively measure whether our execution of the EOS tools is actually making our company healthier and more valuable during our first year with you?
Measuring the progress of your EOS implementation requires looking beyond your monthly profit and loss statements. We track execution health through specific operational indicators that show your team is mastering the tools.
The first metric is Rock completion. Healthy leadership teams consistently achieve an eighty percent or higher completion rate on their quarterly Rocks. If your team is constantly missing this mark, we use our session days to diagnose the root cause, whether it is poor prioritization or lack of resources.
The second metric is your Scorecard health. We measure how effectively your team uses weekly numbers to predict issues before they hit your financial statements. A high performing team has weekly metrics that are green more often than red.
The third metric is the operational health of your Level 10 Meeting. We look at whether your weekly meetings are actually starting and ending on time, and whether you are resolving your issues using the IDS process rather than just talking about them.
We also look at the Accountability Chart to measure how many of your seats are filled with people who have the right GWC. As you build structural maturity, you will see a direct correlation between these operational disciplines and your top line growth. We measure progress by your ability to run the business with less friction and more predictability.
