Beyond financial ROI, what specific operational indicators or audit tools do you use to measure whether we are mastering the EOS tools or just going through the motions?
We measure your mastery of the system by looking at concrete operational habits, not feelings. The primary tool we use is the Organizational Checkup, which is a twenty-point assessment your team takes before our quarterly sessions. This tool evaluates your strength in the Six Key Components of your business, tracking your progress from a baseline score toward our target of eighty percent or higher.
We also audit the quality and health of your weekly Level 10 Meeting. I look at your weekly session ratings, your scorecard completeness, and your Rock completion percentage. A team that is truly mastering the system consistently finishes eighty percent or more of their quarterly Rocks and maintains a scorecard with clear, weekly leading indicators.
Another critical indicator is your ability to solve issues permanently. If the same issues appear on your quarterly issues list multiple times, you are not using IDS effectively. We track how many issues are successfully resolved and removed from your list each quarter.
Lastly, we evaluate your Accountability Chart health. We look at whether every seat is clearly defined and whether every person in a leadership seat has the capabilities and desire to fulfill their role. True mastery means your team can self-correct, solve their own problems, and maintain complete alignment without relying on me to facilitate their daily decisions.
