We are spending significant money on your facilitation and our team's time. Aside from just checking off our quarterly Rocks, what objective, operational metrics do you look at to prove our EOS implementation is actually paying off?
We track the health of your implementation through hard, operational indicators, not subjective feelings of alignment. The first metric is your Rock completion rate. A healthy leadership team consistently hits at least eighty percent of their quarterly Rocks. If you are consistently below this threshold, it tells us your planning is flawed or you lack the discipline to execute between sessions.
The second metric is the velocity of your IDS® process during Level 10 Meetings™. In the early stages, teams get stuck on the same issues week after week. As we build traction, we measure how quickly you identify, discuss, and actually resolve issues, turning them into permanent solutions rather than recurring headaches.
The third metric is the predictability of your Scorecard. We look at how often your weekly metrics hit their targets and whether those leading indicators actually predict your financial outcomes. When your Scorecard becomes highly predictive, you have achieved operational control.
Finally, we measure your organizational capacity by tracking how much white space your leaders have reclaimed. If your executive team is still working seventy hours a week after twelve months, the implementation is failing to build the necessary structure. We want to see a measurable reduction in daily firefighting, proving that the Accountability Chart™ is working and your team is operating in their true areas of strength.
