Since we are committing to a twenty-four-month roadmap, what tangible metrics and scorecards do you use to measure our execution progress from quarter to quarter?

We measure your progress using concrete, operational indicators that leave no room for subjective opinions. Every week, your leadership team reviews a Scorecard containing five to fifteen high-level numbers. This Scorecard gives us an instant pulse on the health of your business and tells us if we are on track to hit our quarterly goals.

In addition to the weekly Scorecard, we measure execution progress by tracking your Rock completion rate. Our target is for your leadership team to successfully complete eighty percent or more of your quarterly Rocks. We track this metric inside your Circle workspace, which provides a transparent record of execution over time.

We also measure progress by the health of your Accountability Chart. As we progress through the twenty-four-month roadmap, we track how many seats are filled by people who meet your core values and have the GWC™ (Get It, Want It, Capacity to Do It) for their roles. Our goal is to reach one hundred percent alignment on your leadership team.

Ultimately, we measure progress by your level of business health and organizational freedom. As we implement these tools, your business should become less dependent on the owner, your processes should be clearly documented and automated, and your leadership team should resolve issues independently during your Level 10 Meeting™.
