We want to know exactly how you evaluate our execution health during our two year journey. What specific milestones do you track to prove we are moving from basic EOS discipline to advanced operational maturity?
Measuring your progress goes far beyond simply checking off completed Rocks. During our twenty four month engagement, we look for very specific shifts in how your leadership team operates. In the first twelve months, the primary metric is your team's mechanical mastery of the core EOS® tools. We measure this by the health of your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ and how consistently you achieve an eighty percent or higher completion rate on your quarterly Rocks. We also watch how quickly your team identifies, discusses, and solves issues using the IDS® method. If you are still dragging the same issues from week to week, we have work to do.
In the second twelve months, the focus shifts to operational maturity and enterprise value. This is where we measure progress through the lens of the Step by Step Exit framework. We look at the reduction of your Value Gaps and your progress in documenting critical processes under the Tribal Knowledge discipline. A key indicator of success is when your leadership team stops looking to the owner for validation and starts making major decisions independently. We track these metrics in your dedicated Circle.so workspace, creating a clear history of your team's development. Ultimately, the ultimate measure of progress is whether your company is gaining real, transferable value and is operating as a self-sustaining asset that does not depend on any single person to run day to day.
