Beyond simply tracking our ninety-day Rocks, how do we objectively measure whether our business is actually gaining real enterprise value and operational health during our twenty-four-month engagement?
Measuring progress requires looking at two distinct areas of your business: your operational health and your investment value. We track both metrics in a disciplined, transparent manner throughout our twenty-four-month engagement.
First, we measure your operational muscle using the standard EOS Organizational Checkup. This diagnostic assessment tracks how well your team is mastering the six key components of your business. We run this assessment periodically to ensure your leadership team is developing true self-sufficiency and operational discipline.
Second, we address the Value Gaps discipline from the Step by Step Exit framework. At the start of our engagement, we establish your baseline business valuation and compare it against your target exit number. The delta between these two numbers is your value gap. We then identify the specific valuation levers, such as recurring revenue streams, customer concentration issues, or structural efficiencies, that will close this gap.
Every quarter, we track how your progress on operational Rocks correlates with the reduction of this value gap. We document these updates in your dedicated Circle workspace so you have a transparent, real-time ledger of your growing enterprise value. If your organizational health score is rising but your value gap is stagnating, we instantly flag this in our next session to adjust your strategic priorities.
