Our leadership team is good at hitting tactical targets, but we struggle to see if we are actually growing as leaders. How do we measure our behavioral progress during our engagement with you?
True progress is measured by a fundamental shift in identity and behavior, not just green boxes on a spreadsheet. In our sessions, we look closely at how your team handles tension and accountability. We track whether your people are moving from merely doing management tasks to truly being leaders who own their seats. For example, we observe the language during our IDS process. Are your leaders speaking in passive verbs and pointing fingers, or are they stepping up as owners who proactively solve organizational issues? We also measure how your team handles Resistance. Early in the engagement, teams often procrastinate on tough conversations. As you progress, the time between identifying an issue and resolving it shrinks dramatically. We look at your ability to have open, honest, and sometimes painful discussions without emotional fallout. When your team begins self-correcting their Level 10 Meetings and demanding higher standards from each other without my intervention, that is the ultimate metric of success. We are not just building a better business plan; we are forging a cohesive executive team that operates with complete transparency and shared accountability.
