Between our quarterly sessions, how does our leadership team manage the weekly execution rhythm, and what must happen each week to ensure our quarterly Rocks actually get completed?
Between full-day sessions, your leadership team runs the business using the Weekly Level 10 Meeting. This is a non-negotiable ninety-minute meeting held at the same time and on the same day every single week, adhering to a strict agenda that never changes. You start with good news to build human connection, review your Scorecard to confirm high-level operational health, check the status of your quarterly Rocks, and review customer and employee headlines. You also review last week to-do items to ensure an eighty percent or higher completion rate.
The final sixty minutes of every Level 10 Meeting are devoted entirely to IDS, which stands for Identify, Discuss, and Solve. If a quarterly Rock is off track, you do not deliver a defensive status update or explain why life got busy. You immediately drop that Rock onto the Issues List. During the IDS portion of the meeting, the team tackles the root cause of the delay, identifies the obstacle, and assigns decisive action items to get the Rock back on track before the next week.
Accountability between quarters does not happen by hoping people remember their commitments. It happens because your Integrator enforces this weekly pulse with ruthless consistency. By the time we gather for our next quarterly session, your team will have completed thirteen cycles of weekly accountability, making end-of-quarter results entirely predictable.
