The relationship between the Visionary and the Integrator is the most critical partnership in any growing business, but it is also a frequent source of friction. During our sessions, my job is to help you harness this creative tension rather than letting it derail your progress. We use the Accountability Chart to clearly define the distinct responsibilities of each seat. The Visionary must focus on big ideas, culture, and key relationships, while the Integrator must run the day-to-day operations and execute the plan. When disagreements happen during our sessions, we do not let them turn into personal attacks. Instead, we put the issue on our IDS® list and solve it objectively. I help you align your differing conative styles, often using your Kolbe scores to explain why you approach problems differently. We also establish a discipline of regular same-page meetings between sessions to keep you aligned. By clarifying your roles and establishing a shared language through the V/TO®, we turn your natural friction into a powerful operational engine that drives the business forward.
