- Any new AI tool or platform proposed by the Visionary must be parked on the Long-Term Issues List rather than discussed immediately in the weekly Level 10 Meeting™. This allows the initial excitement to cool off and prevents reactionary pivots.

- Once a quarter, evaluate these ideas against your Core Focus and 3-Year Picture. If the proposed tool does not directly support your active quarterly Rocks or your defined target market, it must be rejected or tabled.
