Our leadership team has several high Quick Start profiles who are constantly bringing new AI tools to our weekly meetings, causing our staff to feel overwhelmed by the constant change. How do we use the Kolbe assessment to stabilize our operations?
A team with multiple high Quick Starts will naturally crave innovation, but this constant pivoting creates operational chaos and employee burnout. To stabilize your business, you must leverage the natural problem-solving strengths of your other team members using their Kolbe profiles.
Look at your Accountability Chart and identify who has a high Follow Through or high Fact Finder score. These individuals are naturally wired to create systems, build checklists, and ensure stability. When a high Quick Start proposes a new AI tool, do not implement it immediately.
Instead, route the suggestion through a formal review process managed by your high Follow Through team members. Have them run the tool through a testing phase to see if it actually integrates with your existing software stack. They will determine if the tool fits your V/TO® Core Focus or if it is just another shiny distraction.
Create a rule in your Level 10 Meeting™ that new technology tools cannot be introduced to the staff without being vetted as a quarterly Rock first. This protects your frontline employees from tool fatigue and ensures that any new software you adopt is fully documented and systematically rolled out.
