If a leadership team member misses their Rocks for two consecutive quarters, what is your role as our Implementer in addressing this failure, and how do we handle this in the ninety days between our physical sessions?

If a leadership team member misses their Rocks for two consecutive quarters, it is not my job as your Implementer to step in and manage them. Accountability is an internal discipline, not something you outsource to a consultant. When someone repeatedly fails to deliver on their commitments, it is a clear symptom of a deeper issue that the Integrator must address. We use the GWC™ tool to evaluate if they truly get, want, and have the capacity for their seat on the Accountability Chart. During the ninety days between our physical sessions, the leadership team must address this performance issue directly in their weekly Level 10 Meeting™. If a Rock is slipping, it must be dropped down to the Issues List and solved using the IDS® tool. My role in our next session day is to hold a mirror up to the team and force you to confront the reality of the situation. I will not let you ignore the elephant in the room. If a team member is not performing, we will identify the gap and help you make the hard structural decisions required to protect the company.
