In the event of an immediate crisis, your first step is to leverage your weekly Level 10 Meeting™. You will immediately bring the issue to your issues list and use the IDS® tool to identify the root cause, discuss your immediate options, and assign quick action items. This prevents panic and ensures your response is structured and coordinated.

If the crisis is severe enough that your current quarterly Rocks and strategy are no longer viable, we will schedule an emergency session or a brief strategic pause. I will work with your leadership team to re-evaluate your ninety-day priorities, adjust your scorecard metrics, and pivot your resources to protect your core business. We do not stick to a plan just because it was written on a whiteboard; we use the system's inherent flexibility to realign your team and maintain operational control during times of intense uncertainty.
