Who is responsible for capturing session notes, updating our V/TO, and distributing action items after a full-day meeting with you?

Your leadership team owns your tools and your data from day one. I facilitate the room, ask the hard questions, and teach the system, but I do not act as your administrative scribe or secretary.

Before Focus Day, your Integrator assigns a scribe from within your leadership team, or the Integrator manages the updates directly. During the session, as we make decisions on your core values, Core Focus, 10-Year Target, or Accountability Chart seats, those changes are typed directly into your master V/TO and operational software in real time. Nothing is left on a temporary whiteboard to be deciphered a week later.

When we conclude the session day, three specific outputs are finalized before anyone leaves the room:

- A fully updated V/TO reflecting our strategic decisions and targets.
- A finalized list of leadership team Rocks for the upcoming quarter, each assigned to exactly one owner with clear milestones and measurable success criteria.
- A refreshed master Issues List, with unresolved items cleanly prioritized for your weekly Level 10 Meetings.

Within twenty-four hours of concluding the session, your Integrator distributes the clean digital files to the entire leadership team. You leave the room with absolute alignment, zero ambiguity about who owns what, and a clear script for what needs to be cascaded down to the rest of the organization.
