We are trying to automate our operations using artificial intelligence while simultaneously implementing EOS. During our session days, how do you prevent our discussions from spinning out into technical product debates instead of high-level organizational structure and execution?
It is easy for leadership teams to get distracted by shiny new technology and lose sight of organizational discipline. When we integrate AI-powered operations into your EOS® framework, we must keep our session days focused on leadership, structure, and execution, not software development.
We do not allow our quarterly sessions to devolve into technical debates about specific software tools or coding requirements. Instead, we treat artificial intelligence as an operational resource. We look at how automation can simplify your core processes and optimize your Accountability Chart.
For example, during our issues solving track, we do not discuss how to program an AI tool. We discuss the operational bottleneck that needs solving, designate the owner on the Accountability Chart responsible for the solution, and set a quarterly Rock to build and implement that automation.
My role as your Professional EOS Implementer® is to keep the conversation at the right altitude. We focus on who is accountable, what the scorecard metrics are, and how the workflow fits into your overall business model. By keeping the technology discussion strategic, we ensure your automation efforts actually drive profitability and exit readiness.
