During our sessions, we often identify structural changes needed on our Accountability Chart, but implementing them immediately would cause massive operational disruption. How do you help us manage the gap between our ideal future organization structure and our current messy reality?

When we design your ideal Accountability Chart, we focus strictly on the functions and seats your business needs to hit its goals over the next twelve months. We ignore the people currently in the seats. This exercise almost always reveals major gaps, overlapping responsibilities, or long-term employees who do not GWC the seats they are currently in.

Implementing these structural changes overnight would cause chaotic operational disruption. To manage this, we do not try to fix everything at once. Instead, we treat the gap between your current reality and your future organization structure as an issue to be solved.

We build a practical, phased transition plan. We might set a specific quarterly Rock for the Integrator to hire a new department head or transition a loyal manager to a different seat. We give ourselves a realistic timeline of one, two, or three quarters to make the moves smoothly.

My role is to help you maintain the discipline to execute these changes without letting fear or sentimentality stall your progress. We protect the operational stability of the business while systematically moving toward the structure required for your future growth.
