Visionaries are naturally wired to generate new ideas, but bringing untested, shiny-object ideas directly into the weekly Level 10 Meeting™ will derail your operational traction. As the Integrator, you must protect the team's weekly focus while honoring the Visionary's creative energy.

This approach keeps the weekly meeting focused purely on the immediate tactical obstacles holding you back this quarter.
