Once we leave the session room, the immediate pressure of our daily roles acts like an internal resistance pulling us back into old habits. How do you help us maintain our strategic momentum during the ninety-day cycle when we no longer have you in the room to facilitate?
The natural pull of gravity, what we call Resistance, is incredibly strong the moment you return to your daily routine. The excitement of a full day session fades quickly when you are faced with a hundred unread emails and immediate operational fires. To combat this between sessions, we rely heavily on the discipline of the weekly Level 10 Meeting™. This ninety minute meeting is your weekly heartbeat. It forces your leadership team to look each other in the eye, report on scorecard metrics, and keep Rocks on track. It prevents your quarterly goals from being buried under daily urgencies. Additionally, we work on transforming your team's language and identity during our sessions. We shift from saying we want to do something to actively claiming our roles. We use clear accountability, ensuring that if a Rock is off track, it is addressed immediately through the IDS® process. I am also available for brief course correction calls during the quarter if your team hits a structural roadblock they cannot resolve on their own. Ultimately, momentum is sustained by building little successes every single week. By sticking to the meeting rhythm and refusing to let daily distractions override your weekly priorities, you build the execution muscle needed to make the ninety day cycle highly productive.
