How do we ensure that the strategic breakthroughs and decisions we make during our intensive session days do not immediately evaporate once we return to our daily office routine?
The transition from the focused environment of a session day back to your daily operations is the most vulnerable moment in the cycle. To protect your investment and maintain momentum, we build a clear execution bridge before we leave the session room.
We do this by finalizing your V/TO®, locking in individual Rocks, and clearly assigning accountability for every action item.
On the very first day back in the office, your Integrator must take the lead. They are responsible for ensuring the weekly Level 10 Meeting™ schedule is locked in and that the new Scorecard metrics are tracked immediately.
Your first weekly meeting after our session is critical. In this meeting, you will review your newly set Rocks, confirm everyone understands their milestones, and begin cascading the key messages to the rest of the organization.
We also use the Share the Good News discipline. This is a structured communication plan developed at the end of our session where we decide exactly what needs to be communicated to the rest of the company, who will deliver the message, and when. By communicating your decisions quickly, you create immediate external accountability. This ensures that the progress made during our session day becomes your new operational reality.
