Once we complete a session day, how do we keep our team from sliding back into old, loose habits on day two when you are no longer in the room to referee us?

The real work of EOS® happens in the eighty nine days between our sessions. To prevent your team from sliding back into old habits, you must establish immediate, non-negotiable operational disciplines. First, you must launch your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ within seven days of our session. This meeting is the heartbeat of your execution, forcing your team to review their Rocks, check their Scorecard metrics, and solve issues using the IDS® tool every single week. Second, you must make your Scorecard highly visible. When metrics are updated weekly, there is nowhere for underperformance to hide. If your team starts slipping, the Scorecard will scream it long before our next quarterly session. My role as your implementer is to teach you how to run these systems, but your Integrator must own the daily accountability. If you find your team struggling to hold the line, do not wait for our next session. Use the tools we built to call out the behavior in your weekly meetings. The momentum is maintained by your commitment to the weekly meeting discipline, not by waiting for me to referee your progress every ninety days.
