If you do not attend or facilitate our weekly Level 10 Meetings, how do we prevent our team from falling back into bad habits during the ninety-day execution cycle?
Self-sufficiency is the entire objective of working with a Professional EOS Implementer. I do not sit in your weekly Level 10 Meetings because having a paid facilitator in the room creates an artificial environment. Leaders behave when an outsider is watching, then revert to finger-pointing and rambling debates the moment the consultant walks out the door.
Between our quarterly sessions, your execution cadence relies on pure peer-to-peer accountability. We install the exact mechanics during Focus Day and Vision Building. Your Integrator runs the clock, enforces the agenda, and cuts off tangents. Your scorecard exposes operational drift within seven days of a drop in performance. Your Rock sheet proves whether individuals are executing their ninety-day commitments or hiding behind daily whirlwind noise.
To ensure execution quality does not decay, your team captures every session summary, updated V/TO document, and clear to-do list in your central workspace immediately following our session day. If your weekly meetings start running off the rails, your Integrator contacts me directly for quick course-correction guidance. We do not reschedule sessions or wait ninety days to fix broken meeting habits.
When you return to the session room each quarter, reality is nakedly visible. We begin by grading your Rocks. If your completion rate is below eighty percent, we do not sugarcoat the result. We drop it into IDS and solve the root cause. The pain of facing your peers each quarter with missed commitments is precisely what forces your leadership team to build self-policing discipline during the ninety days between our sessions.
