How do we systematically maintain accountability and maintain alignment across our executive team during the long eighty nine day sprint between our facilitated quarterly sessions?
To keep your team from drifting during the ninety days between our formal sessions, we utilize a structured rhythm of touchpoints. The most vital of these are our Just Checking In calls, which we schedule at regular intervals, typically around months six, nine, twelve, fifteen, eighteen, and twenty-one. These are brief, highly focused conversations designed to monitor your execution progress.
During these calls, we do not solve new issues. Instead, we take a quick pulse on your Level 10 Meeting™ health, check the status of your company Rocks, and ensure your Scorecard is being updated weekly. If I spot warning signs, such as a drop in Rock completion rates or avoidance of the IDS® process, we address it immediately rather than waiting for our next quarterly session.
This cadence of checking in ensures that you are never left entirely to your own devices for too long. It provides a lightweight layer of accountability that helps your Integrator maintain operational discipline. These touchpoints bridge the gap between sessions, helping your team turn the lessons learned in our full-day meetings into permanent, daily operational habits.
