What happens during the ninety day execution window between our quarterly sessions with you? How do you ensure our leadership team does not drift back into firefighting when you are not in the room?

The magic of the system does not happen on our session days. It happens in the eighty nine days in between. To prevent your team from slipping back into daily firefighting, we install a rigid weekly meeting pulse that keeps everyone accountable to their goals.

Your primary tool for maintaining momentum is the weekly Level 10 Meeting. This sixty minute meeting ensures that your leadership team reviews their Scorecard, tracks progress on their quarterly Rocks, and solves operational bottlenecks in real time. It keeps the team aligned and prevents issues from dragging on for months.

I also teach your team how to self correct during the ninety day cycle. If a Rock is falling behind, the owner must raise it as an issue on the Level 10 Meeting agenda. The team then uses the IDS tool to identify the root cause of the delay and agree on a course of correction.

By establishing this weekly discipline, your team learns to manage themselves. My role is to guide you during our quarterly sessions, but the weekly pulse ensures that your leadership team maintains their focus, accountability, and execution speed when I am not in the room.
