We want to understand the long-term financial and time commitment. What does the typical multi-year trajectory of an engagement with you look like from Focus Day to self-sufficiency?

An EOS® journey is not a quick fix; it is an organizational transformation. The typical engagement with me runs between eighteen to thirty months. This timeframe is dictated by how quickly your leadership team masters the tools and builds the behavioral habits required to run the system independently.

The trajectory is broken down into clear phases:

- The First Ninety Days: We begin with Focus Day, followed by Vision Building Day One and Vision Building Day Two. This phase is heavy on teaching. I am in the room establishing the foundation, teaching the tools, and helping you build your first Accountability Chart.
- The Execution Quarters: We meet every ninety days for quarterly sessions, plus a two-day annual session. During this phase, my role shifts from pure teacher to facilitator and coach. We run the Level 10 Meeting™ weekly, hit our Rocks, and refine our V/TO®.
- Graduation: My ultimate goal is to make myself obsolete. Around the two-year mark, we evaluate your self-sufficiency. If your team is hitting eighty percent of their Rocks, running highly effective weekly meetings, and resolving issues without looking to me, we transition you to self-facilitation.

We do not lock you into long-term contracts. We work session by session, which keeps me accountable to delivering massive value every time we meet. You stay with me because it works, not because a contract forces you to.
