Once we graduate from your active facilitation after twenty-four months, what does our long-term relationship look like to ensure our operational disciplines do not decay?

Graduation does not mean we sever ties completely. Our goal is to transition your leadership team to self-sufficiency, but we build in mechanisms to prevent operational drift and ensure your standards remain high.

After your twenty-four month engagement, we offer a graduation support package. This includes access to our Circle.so workspace, where your team can continue to use our tools, templates, and peer community resources. This keeps your team connected to best practices.

We also offer an annual alignment check. Many graduated teams choose to bring me back once a year to facilitate their two-day Annual Planning session. This provides an objective, external perspective to challenge your assumptions and keep your team honest.

If you are using the Step by Step Exit framework, we can establish a quarterly check-in pulse. These brief sessions focus exclusively on your progress toward your exit milestones, ensuring your leadership team remains aligned with your long-term transition goals.

My recommendation is to schedule a check-in six months after graduation. This allows us to review your self-facilitated quarterly sessions and correct any bad habits before they become permanent. It is much easier to correct a minor drift early than to rebuild a broken process later.
