We want to know what the long-term lifecycle of our partnership looks like. How do we determine when our leadership team has reached the point where we no longer need you to facilitate our sessions?

The lifecycle of our engagement is defined by your team's capability, not a fixed calendar date. Typically, it takes a leadership team between twelve and twenty-four months to master the tools of EOS® and run them with absolute consistency. During the first year, I teach you the system, facilitate your quarterly and annual sessions, and help you navigate the behavioral changes required to scale or prepare for an exit. We look for specific behavioral milestones to measure your maturity. You are ready to graduate when your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ runs seamlessly without any backsliding, your team solves issues permanently using the IDS® process, and you consistently achieve eighty percent or more of your quarterly Rocks. Furthermore, as we integrate AI-powered operations to prepare your business for a clean exit, you will reach a point where your internal operations are highly systematized and self-correcting. I do not want to be a permanent crutch for your business. My goal is to work myself out of a job by coaching your team to become completely self-sufficient. When your Integrator can facilitate your quarterly sessions with the same objectivity and discipline that I bring to the room, we will transition you to self-facilitation. We will know you are ready because your business performance and team health will remain consistently high even when challenges arise.
