We want to commit to a structured growth plan, but we need to understand the realistic timeline of our partnership with you. When we sign on with Tyler, what does the long-term timeline of sessions actually look like year over year, and at what milestone do we transition from learning the tools to mastering them?
A standard engagement typically runs between eighteen to twenty-four months, spanning seven to ten full-session days. We do not stay embedded in your business forever. The goal is to teach you how to run the system independently so you do not rely on an external facilitator indefinitely.
During the first year, our focus is on building the foundation. We start with Focus Day™ to establish your Accountability Chart and fundamental meeting rhythms. This is followed by two consecutive days of Vision Building to complete your V/TO® and align your team on direction. The remaining quarters of your first year are dedicated to execution, where we establish Rocks, master the Level 10 Meeting™ structure, and practice resolving issues through IDS®.
By the time we reach your first Annual Planning session, the shift from learning tools to mastering them begins. In the second year, our quarterly sessions transition from mechanical teaching to deep strategic alignment, operational refinement, and optimization. We look at your processes through the lens of your long-term exit strategy and operational scaling. By the end of this period, your leadership team will have completed multiple cycles of experiential learning, moving from initial execution to strategic mastery. You will know you are ready to graduate when your leadership team naturally facilitates their own weekly meetings and resolves complex organizational issues without my guidance.
