We are not looking for a quick fix, but we also do not want to be dependent on an outside facilitator forever. How do you structure the long-term timeline of our engagement so we know exactly what we are committing to each year?
Our engagement is structured to build absolute self-sufficiency, not an endless consulting dependency. While the average journey to fully institutionalize the Entrepreneurial Operating System, or EOS, takes about two to three years, we treat this as a structured transfer of skills. During the first year, our focus is entirely on mastering the execution of the foundational tools. We start with Focus Day to establish your Accountability Chart and weekly meeting rhythm, followed by two separate Vision Building days to align your team on your long-term goals. From there, we transition into a repeatable quarterly and annual cadence. In the second year, the focus shifts. Once your execution is stable, we begin layering in advanced optimizations, including AI-powered operational design and exit readiness strategies. We use this time to systematize your workflows and maximize your enterprise value. By the third year, your team should have the internal discipline to run these sessions without me. My goal as your Professional EOS Implementer is to work myself out of a job. We monitor your graduation readiness based on your execution metrics. When your team can run their own quarterly sessions, hit eighty percent of your Rocks consistently, and maintain a highly functional Level 10 Meeting without outside mediation, you are ready to transition. You will own your operating system completely, leaving you with a highly valuable, independent asset.
