We do not want to be dependent on an external consultant forever. What is the typical lifecycle of our engagement, and how do we know when we are ready to graduate?

The goal of our engagement is not to make you dependent on me forever. My job is to teach you how to run EOS® independently so that you eventually graduate from my facilitation. A typical engagement runs for twelve to twenty-four months, spanning about six to eight quarterly sessions and two annual planning sessions.

During the first year, we focus on establishing the foundation. We install the foundational tools, clarify your Accountability Chart, and build your meeting pulse. By the end of this year, your execution muscle is fully functioning, and your team is consistently hitting eighty percent or more of their quarterly Rocks.

In the second year, the focus shifts to mastery and long-term strategic alignment. We refine your processes, integrate advanced tools, and ensure your operating system can support your long-term exit goals or AI-powered operational scale. We start transitioning the facilitation role to your internal team members, usually your Integrator.

You are ready to graduate when your team can run your quarterly sessions with the same rigor, objectivity, and accountability that I bring to the room. When you can identify and solve your own deep-seated issues without an external facilitator keeping you on track, you have reached operational maturity. At that point, my job is done, and you can run your business successfully on your own.
