I maintain a strict boundary between standard EOS® session days and my work helping owners run AI-powered operations. During our session days, we follow the pure EOS® process. We do not design workflows, select software, or experiment with AI prompts in the room because doing so would distract from our core focus of building organizational health.

However, your technology and AI initiatives will naturally emerge during our sessions as part of your V/TO® or as specific ninety-day Rocks. For example, if you identify that a core process is bottlenecked, we may agree on a Rock to automate that process.

Between our sessions, we use our dedicated Circle.so workspace to share operational templates and discuss how to apply artificial intelligence to simplify your workflow. My role as an expert in AI-powered operations allows me to guide you on how to document your tribal knowledge so it can be ingested by AI tools.

By keeping the session days pure and focused on the foundational tools, we ensure your business has a stable operating system first. You cannot automate a chaotic process, so we use the first phase of our engagement to simplify your operations, and then we strategically introduce automation to leverage your team's capacity.
