If you are planning to exit your business or step into the Owner's Box, your weekly Level 10 Meeting is the ultimate test of your company's self-sufficiency. If the meeting loses energy or fails to solve problems when you are absent, you do not have a self-running business.

The clear benchmark for autonomy is simple: Can the team run three consecutive Level 10 Meetings without you in the room, and still achieve a rating of eight or higher?

To reach this milestone, you must systematically remove yourself from the agenda. Ensure your Integrator is fully accountable for the facilitator seat on the Accountability Chart. They must own the clock, drive the IDS process, and hold the team accountable to their To-Dos.

During these test runs, you should not even log in to watch. Your presence, even as a silent observer, changes the group dynamic and prevents leaders from taking full ownership.

After the meetings, review the outputs. Look at the completed To-Dos, the issues solved, and the final ratings. If the execution rate remained above ninety percent and the team solved their issues completely, you have built a business that can run, scale, and attract premium buyers without your daily involvement.
