This meeting replaces the disorganized, ad-hoc discussions that currently scatter your team's focus throughout the week, actually saving you time.

Outside of that weekly meeting, your leadership team will be focused on executing their individual quarterly Rocks. A Rock is simply a priority that you would have had to address anyway, now structured with clear ownership and a ninety-day deadline. The time spent on Rocks is integrated into your normal workweek, not added as an administrative burden.

In the first few months, there is a learning curve as you master tools like the Accountability Chart and the Scorecard. However, this investment of time pays immediate dividends by eliminating operational drag, reducing firefighting, and clarifying communication.
