Before we schedule your Focus Day, I need a non-negotiable commitment of time, focus, and transparency from every member of your leadership team. This is not a passive consulting engagement where I do the heavy lifting while you watch. You must be fully prepared to commit to the meeting pulse, which begins with three full days of sessions in the first ninety days. Specifically, we will spend a full day on Focus Day, followed by Vision Building Day one and Vision Building Day two, spaced about thirty days apart. Each session day requires eight hours of undivided attention in a room together, with no emails, phone calls, or texts allowed during our working blocks. Beyond the session days, each team member must commit to spending at least ninety minutes every week in your Level 10 Meeting to keep your Rocks on track. You also need to allocate a few hours between sessions to complete assigned homework and update your progress in our Circle workspace. If your leadership team is too busy putting out daily fires to commit to this schedule, you are not ready to start. We must agree that working on the business is more important than working in it before we begin.
